Unrealistic. Trump is nowhere that thin and he is standing with a forward tilt because of his heightened shoes.
His skin is also three shades deeper orange.

It's not going to happen anyway. All the unexploded ordnance diminishes any prospects for building houses, let alone holiday resorts. Even 80 years after WWII, 5500 duds are being excavated and have to be defused in Germany annually, plus there are spontaneous detonations at times.
