That was my first thought.
Maybe we should start giving them tips about the removal of, well.... tips. At a massive scale, preferably.
Fun fact, 97% of gender affirming surgeries done on minors were not transgender or gender diverse (TGD) children. Only 3% of gender affirming surgeries done on minors were done on TGD children. (Study)
Of course they'll be ignoring the 97%

This study appears to focus on breast reduction surgeries, which is considered gender-affirming care. It seems to confirm that breast reductions are overwhelmingly performed on cisgendered males regardless of age.
Probably not a high percentage, but intersex babies are routinely "altered" to conform to one gender or another with no concern to what the child may wish in the future. Sometimes without even input from the parent.
I'm actually fine with them stopping that one. Leave it to the kid to decide.

I believe the 97/3% is specifically looking at breast reduction surgery. This means 97% were not trans or gender diverse children but they had the surgery. This is something no one would bat an eye at if you were a cis man with man boobs and wanted to look more masculine, but if someone who is trans or gender diverse has the same procedure then it's suddenly a huge deal.
It's a double standard
Of gender-affirming surgical procedures identified among adults and minors, 1591 of 2664 (59.7%) and 82 of 85 (96.4%) were chest-related procedures, respectively. Of the 636 breast reductions among cisgender male and TGD adults, 507 (80%) were performed on cisgender males. Of the 151 breast reductions among cisgender male minors and TGD minors, 146 (97%) were performed on cisgender male minors (Figure 2).
It doesn't seem to break it down quite how I'd like, but the 97% and matching 3% are specifically about breast reductions.
The things I don't understand are the 85 and 151. What are the differences between those numbers? They both seem to refer to total procedures on minors.

Which magically doesn't include surgeries on intersex children, because it's the appropriate kind of mutilation under the guise of gender-affirming care.
that’s because they don’t actually want to protect children (or the adults they will become), they want to force conformity onto everyone; so they’ll refuse non-conforming surgeries for those who want them and force conforming surgeries on those who don’t

Unfortunately, reactionary movements all built upon the premise of unequal enforcement of the rules, so best you can do is to waste their time by reporting intersex mutilations and circumcisions.
Wasting their time and resources should be our prime directive across the board

FBI and CIA are behind a lot of the human trafficking, so word-salad, word-salad, "protect."
They want to protect children by destroying the children that are different.
Conforming to the "norm" is the highest good in conservative ethics; it's a way of signaling allegiance to the in-group.
Their most dripping disdain is reserved for people who refuse to live in the little box that was assigned to them; this is the social contract as conservatives see it.
Without fail the ones that scream 'for the children' are about 99% the ones abusing them.

Might be worth leaving for Canada, as I've heard many have done. Not sure if that's in any way realistic at all for you though.
Wish it were. I have my son here, and I could not bear it if I were to leave him. His mom would never allow for him to come with me, and I would not want to take him away from her. He’ll be 18 next year, so it would be his choice, but again I could not do that to her or make him choose.

But circumcision is still very much allowed and is a form of gender affirming care.
There is no way that circumcision can be considered gender-affirming care.
Some say it makes the penis look better so it's a stretch. But it is just as much genital mutilation as the anti trans people claim some other care causes.
