He's right, but not for the reason he thinks he is.

Well they don't give a fuck what the courts say anyway....they haven't followed the constitution or the law regarding deportations so they're just fucking around until they can declare martial law.
“BUT WE’RE AT WAR WITH ALL THE CITIZENS & RESIDENTS OF THE USA!!!”
I feel the tree of Liberty becoming thirsty
It's starting to get downright dehydrated.
Personally I'm hungry for some rich long pork.
Suspending the Constitution is a bold move, Cotton. Let’s see how it plays out for them.
Who needs a constitution with all this winning we’re doing? Greatest economy in the history of the world, just ask any goldfish
Bold move in a country that absolutely love their SECOND AMENDMENT RIGHTS
Where are all those people that were ready to show and suggest using their firearms when the Democrats were in power
Celebrating. Even as they too get hurt.
Complicit.
Right fucking here. You rang?
Let ICE try to take me legal, brown wife. I'm prepared to die, thought on this for quite some time. But by god, I'll take as many as I can if they show up.
If there was ever a fucking time to stand and fight, it's now. And yes, fighting may mean you get killed. That's kinda how fighting works.
EDIT: Thanks BTW! Forgot to get the AR out of the safe, we been on the river all day. 12-gauge over the door for "oops" things like that.
I'm up in Canada and we have fairly strict regulations on most firearms ... but lately I've been thinking more and more of owning some sort of firearm, any firearm because the world is going to hell faster every day.
As soon as it is suspended for noncitizens it will give them moral justification to use on terrorists inside the country. And people who support terrorists like hamas.
Well, anyone the government says is a terrorist supporter really. And I'm sure they will use their best judgment to decide who that is.
Any time government simplifies the law to make it easier to arrest anyone .... everyone is in danger
Anyone not toeing the line will be declared unamerican.
Such a small step.
"Well yeh, of course these illegals that want to stay in our country will demand a court ruling. Our jails are better than their shitty country, so any delay for them is worthwhile, and we can't possibly process all of them" sorta rhetoric.
And suddenly shit like speeding (or speaking poorly of the government) can be declared unamerican, and the person - essentially - disappeared.
Welp, I'm prepared, as well as those around me. Are you? If not, you should be.
Sounds like a terrible idea.
