TenForward: Where Every Vulcan Knows Your Name
/c/TenFoward: Your home-away-from-home for all things Star Trek!
Re-route power to the shields, emit a tachyon pulse through the deflector, and post all the nonsense you want. Within reason of course.
~ 1. No bigotry. This is a Star Trek community. Remember that diversity and coexistence are Star Trek values. Any post/comments that are racist, anti-LGBT, or generally "othering" of a group will result in removal/ban.
~ 2. Keep it civil. Disagreements will happen both on lore and preferences. That's okay! Just don't let it make you forget that the person you are talking to is also a person.
~ 3. Use spoiler tags. This applies to any episodes that have dropped within 3 months prior of your posting. After that it's free game.
~ 4. Keep it Trek related. This one is kind of a gimme but keep as on topic as possible.
~ 5. Keep posts to a limit. We all love Star Trek stuff but 3-4 posts in an hour is plenty enough.
~ 6. Try to not repost. Mistakes happen, we get it! But try to not repost anything from within the past 1-2 months.
~ 7. No General AI Art. Posts of simple AI art do not 'inspire jamaharon'
~ 8. No Political Upheaval. Political commentary is allowed, but please keep discussions civil. Read here for our community's expectations.
Fun will now commence.

Is flavortown in the delta quadrant or did they find it on the way or did they have to get all the way back to earth before they were able to experience flavortown?
Please send your reply via subspace as we require the answer asap
My best guess is that they had to wait for Earth. Unfortunately, they detoured through a field of Leola roots and had to make some weird cheese that bunged up the Bio-neural gel packs. Turns out that the ship doesn't like macaroni and brill cheese (from Schplict) as much as Ensign Ashmore did. Good food is risky business in the Delta Quadrant.
There's a clear distinction between these guys...
And these guys...
Bless them for trying, though.
You leave Neelix alone
I adore Neelix. Just being silly.
This makes Naomi feel like the “adult” kids in Airplane.
“Neelix, have you ever married for money?”
Hey, they can't all be Siskos lol.
Am I remembering correctly, or are there actually scenes where the crew occasionally did enjoy Neelix's cooking? Or was it just the Talaxian (plus or minus Leola root) dishes they complained about?
At the beginning they only had one variety of food, so they hated it with a passion. On the later episodes it varied, some people liked it, some didn't.
I'm more bothered by Sponge Bob. He's the chef of the most successful restaurant there.
No intended harm to SpongeRobert's reputation. Just needed to find shots that matched the established memes.
Neelix is the best cook in all of Star Trek history. The Voyager crew is just insufferable ingrates.
Can't resist that leola root stew 🍵
Somewhere further down the road he gets some compliments. May be a case of Stockholm Syndrome.
What do you mean spongebob isn't very good at cooking? He makes the undeniably best burgers.
Wasn't that the only thing he could make? Anything else either turned in to mush or a Krabby Patty.
I think that was episode, that or my memory made it up...
Does it matter? I don't go to a french haute cuisine chef expecting to get good sushi.
As Bruce Lee may or may not have said: Don't fear the dude who has cooked a thousand meals 1 time. Fear the dude who has cooked 1 meal 1000 times.
