This is the only way to directly block bad stuff from going through. I assume we can talk about stuff like this on Lemmy. People will get fired and arrested. That's how things like this go. Some anonymous people should try to do simple sabotage. No, it's not legal. It's considered property damage or something like that. Nobody needs to go full luiji or anything like that. Just flush a sponge down the toilet at an important facility or something. Park in front of the door to stop people from entering. Not obvious vandalism like with the Teslas. It has to degrade the function of the executive branch. It obviously should be inconspicuous. If anybody has networking skills, they can use that to their advantage. Don't be afraid of getting into trouble. Just say you are unaffiliated with the movement, and that it was an accident. Act stupid. More secure communication will need to be done in person, at a local meeting or something.

An old us military simple sabotage field manual is available from archive.org. Won't provide over this platform, do your own (secure) research.

Use TOR. Lookup how to use orbot. Degoogle your device, there's a community for that. Use signal or telegram, ditch all corporate media and discord. Lemmy has been good for news but learn to access tor boards and bookmark pro publica.

Organize. And do it securely. Get signal with burner numbers. Learn to keep yourselves safe.

I think any such action should be kept entirely separate from 50501, as this is a protest movement and it is in its interest to maintain an appeal that is as wide as possible.

Discussion of sabotage in open forums is of course also not a good idea, as it attracts bad agents like moths to fire.

There's clearly some interest out there - the declassified CIA sabotage guide went viral. It's just rarely a good idea to discuss this in public forums, even anonymously.

For discussion of resistance more broadly beyond the scope of 50501, but nevertheless in a public forum, !resist@fedia.io is a good option.

That said, looking for ways to hinder the efficiency of the federal government in certain functions borders on a moral obligation at this point. Even small acts can make a big difference.
