Yes. Expectations of privacy wouldn't be relevant in this context, you should expect the insurance company to want all of the available data from the car before they pay out.
Does Tesla sell / give their data to insurance?
I wouldn't be surprised if insurers would cut a deal with Tesla for that info. Screwing the end consumer is the gift the keeps on giving.
