Outlook users.. native iOS App... I am out of the loop. What? Is that from Apple? Or just generally any iOS App is a native iOS App?

Did you read the article or just the awful title? There was an outage where iOS users using Exchange Online accounts with the iOS Apple mail app were unable to receive emails.
