As an American angler, this makes no sense to me. What issues are Enlgish fishers facing as trout season approaches fast?
eh, the leaking kerosene makes fishing in the surrounding waters impossible?
Oh that's bad. Fish hate kerosene. Is it flowing into the freshwater streams too?
