So 14 words, HH or "Heil Hitler".

More like: We have a mental issue where we think one kind of humans (namely we ourselves) is superior and all others inferior and the inferior ones want to destroy us so we need to preemptively destroy them.
That's way more than 14. But it's also a more accurate statement.
