I actually always really enjoyed supertuxkart but I've never actually played much of mariokart so idk how well they actually compare.
I enjoy it too but sadly there don't seem to be many online players.
Oh I just talk people into playing it with me on the couch, but a lot of the time they try to talk me into non-FOSS games :(

It's not even a superiority thing either; they're just the games I grew up with because my family was cheap AF and I wish people were willing to play them with me. :(
