Reminds me of back in 2013 when Reddit admins accidentally revealed that Eglin Air Force Base, a location often cited as the source of government social-media propaganda/astroturfing programs, was the most Reddit addicted city in the world.
To be fair, every Air Force base had higher than average Reddit usage back in the day. It was one of the few websites not blocked by default. I don't know when that changed, Because I was out before then.
But yes, there are also the propaganda teams.
I would expect Moscow or St Petersburg.
I I know people in russia (friends of friends) who were paid per comment on american and russian social in support of putin and Trump before his first election. Mostly students, there were farms of them. This thing is real, and back then we talked how most of the discussion online is not real
its funny how people dismiss that part, when i pointed out how most of the news and politics sub had half the commentors as bots from these countries.
reddit reported it was half of the comments on reddit, besides ru being the other competitor. In regards to israel, im betting they are also involved, especially if you go into worldnews.
If they are doing he same thing you might as well consider it coming from the same source
I'm not American, just FYI.
Not my dumpster fire.
