In February, Friends actor David Schwimmer called on Musk to ban Kanye West from X after he made a series of antisemitic posts.

Schwimmer called on Musk, the owner of X, to remove West from the platform. “This is so 2022,” said Schwimmer. “We can’t stop a deranged bigot from spewing hate-filled, ignorant bile… but we CAN stop giving him a megaphone, Mr Musk.”

Bold of Schwimmer to assume Musk in any way disagrees with Ye's views.

Elon is not just holding the megaphone, he's actively cranking up the volume dial.

I find it strange that David Schwimmer made a public plea for decency when it was about anti-semitism but not for any of the rest of the hateful shit projectile-blasted around that echo chamber.

Like the wealthy asian celebrities decrying antisemitism and not stop Asian hate? Or the black celebrities campaigning to stop Asian hate, not BLM? How odd for someone to speak out against hate for their own group. Never happens! And how terrible that a person with power, who is like every other person with power, in that they don't ever speak out, for finally using their platform. This place is antisemitic including your barely dog whistle comment that you wouldn't make about any other ethnicity. Unless your history has hot takes about the Palestinian celebrities not speaking up for the Zapatistas, of course. Because your comment wasn't just bc Jews, right?
