Much like he gave concessions with canada basically telling him what they were already agreeing to as if it were a new thing, is this repackaging something Biden did and trump wanting a fucking cookie for?
More or less. It's the CHIPS act
Figured Trump was going to wait til closer to the midterms to start taking credit for that. Guess he's desperate enough to not wait for it to actually start paying out.
