No, it's not even like Tiktok at all. The vast majority of the content is in Mandarin and if you aren't Chinese your not going to know the asinine culture rules and get banned for something you thought was silly, but they take very seriously.
I haven't been banned yet, but then again I save all my shitposts for the fediverse and stick to book reviews on RedNote.
