Seems to me it's "Why wouldn't you want a hot Elven Waifu?" most likely.
Presumably answering a question about why that particular elf does the things she does in Dungeon Meshi, since unifying the race's lifespans is her goal

I’m laughing at the idea that this person believes (or wants to believe ) that :
after he will be with the elf girl then, after he will die, the elf girl need to mourn after him for hundreds of years …
