What a lucky person to have 'knowing you're going to throw up' as the worst feeling they've experienced.

Yup, and it’s obviously someone exaggerating for comedic effect
I never said it was
Yeah yeah yeah. But also, imagine if that was the worst thing you could think of. You hadn’t experienced enough hardship for there to be something worse than that. That’d be downright blissful.
Right?
Beyond that, I honestly associate feeling like you're going to throw up a little with relief. Most of the time once you do, you're good. Manually trigger your gag reflex and move on with shit. Even if it's a serious "evacuate your entire stomach contents" level of multi-throwup, your stomach isn't infinite.
