Why not? I haven't used it yet but it seems great too.

Emby is closed source and costs money to have access to all features. I’d recommend Jellyfin because it’s a free and open source fork of Emby with almost the exact same functionality.

it WAS open source, but then they made it closed source, despite the licence not allowing that. They needed to get the permission of everyone who contributed code under the open source licence, but they didn't. Anyway, they fucked their users over so much that they don't even get a mention anymore. Suck shit cunts. FAFO.
