It does, because the number of non-AI pics being proclaimed as AI slop is astounding. Every Tom Dick and Harry is suddenly a photographic expert. Even the artists are hurting because they're being falsely accused and having to put in extra effort to document their entire process.

The silky smoothness of the skin on the guinea pigs.
The missing finger on the hand.

If this isn't AI genned, it's still inexplicably weird as shit just at a glance without even really scrutinizing it deeper. I would still be questioning these elements as being shopped for the WTF value.

What I'm hearing is you've never traveled outside of 1st world countries. Here's a similar item. They're incredibly common.
