Yeah, well, we all know that there is nothing that is precisely in the center in politics. Anyone who has some political culture knows that you may be either on the right or on the left, with various degrees of distance to the center.

If we're talking about parties, I cannot contradict you. I am not aware about the details of the ideology of any of the political parties comprising the current ruling coalition. All I can say is that here in Romania we have to deal with nazis, and the alternative to them are the thieves that left the corruption unchecked at an abysmal level all these 35 years, plus a reformist party that's full of neoliberals (basically those that enabled nazis to be so popular anywhere in the world in the last decades). Plus a center-left-to-left party that didn't make it to the parliament in the previous elections but is popular among the Gen Z-ers and is gaining steam.

If we're talking about people, I think it's pretty easy to both:

1. Admit that communism is unachievable and has been a criminal system which, in the name of turning societies more egalitarian, managed to fuck up everyone outside the ruling elite.
2. Recognize that the bigger enemy nowadays is fascism, which made its way all the way to the White House and is threatening the democracy as we know it.
