You know, as someone who's cranked out more than a few century+ days on bikes, as long as your stomachs OK with it that doesn't sound terrible.

It's got carbs, proteins, and fats, which will all metabolize into energy at different rates Presumably rather a lot of salt too is in bar pizza.

Wins all around I say. I'd personally be a bit wary of food like that were it me, but proof is in the mileage I guess.

I don't think pizza is supposed to look like that. I could be wrong, though.

I don't think "bar pizza" is what you and I think of as "pizza".

That looks like an open faced sandwich of some sort.

the brown stuff is cheese that's been baked low until it's uniformly crunchy. Which is great on the edges, for example.

Not so great in the middle.

When I was really fit in my younger days, I ate pizza when my body was feeling drained. It is a good fuel source to be honest.
