I gotta say, I've seen the two episodes of Welcome to Derry that are out right now. I don't know what I was expecting, but I don't think I was expecting what I saw. The movies were much more of a slow burn (besides Georgie), but the series so far has been much more aggressive. Not sure how I think of it, yet.
They fucked up pennywise's powers already. It's not a bad show on it's own but I wish someone who could read was given some authority over the plot. ๐
I watched the movies for the first time this week after my friends said this show dropped. Gave me something else to watch. Immediately I thought wow the first 10 minutes was already more wild than anything the movies did. I felt like all the crazy parts in the 2 episodes out right now were super messed up. I'm enjoying it!
