Sorry that's not how ND works.
Telling us we need to cope in NT style only makes it worse. Not to say there are no ways, but we need to find our own.
I'm not saying that you need to do it in NT style at all! You gotta do it your own way.
If that's what you said, we agree.
But this may hint at the communication issues (double empathy issue).
