You are vastly underestimating the ability of modern media to maintain data silos.

Remember, before Trump won, the official Republican party line was that Project 2025 was written by an extremist far right think tank and had nothing to do with President Trump.

Only the first half of that was true, of course. But if you were a conservative Hispanic, and you got your news from Fox, social media, and your local churches, you would be unlikely to ever hear the words "Project 2025" except in the context "liberals are fearmongering about Project 2025 to make Trump look bad".
