Viconia (and to a lesser extent Jaheira) is the reason I always go for the snarky, jaded and cynical character whenever it's an option. She's the "I can fix her" meme except you actually can and it's amazing.

Innate spell resistance is hot.

Still mad about

spoilerHer appearance in bg3. I fixed her! She wasn't evil anymore in my game!

Yeah I was pretty upset about Larian for that one. One of the best and most nuanced characters in BG2 reduced to a brainless cartoon caricature. Same goes for

spoilerSarevok, whose entire Throne of Bhaal arc is ignored along with his character. Honestly I hated the whole murder tribunal.

spoilerI'm still mad she freaking dies in the epilogue of BG2 if you romanced and redeemed her. Who thought that was a good idea for the ending to a hundred-hour character redemption arc? And how the hell does an epic-level cleric die to poison?

Viconia! Definitely my archetype. Strong and evil, but somehow vulnerable as well.
