Ideally, I'd love for Dems to just start taking credit for everything MAGA brags about. Since apparently the Republicans aren't in charge.

This isn't really clicking for me.
If the Republicans "are in charge", then they wouldn't need democrat votes. But they clearly do need the votes? So they're not fully in charge, right?

Some Congressional votes require 60% votes. Most Congressional votes just require a simple majority. So Repugnants control Congress most of the time.

they need dems to blame thats why, and they made impossible demands to be met beforehand.

They rammed through the big beautiful dildo and expected the Dems to just take it like Mike Johnson on a night out with his boys.

Only because they claim they do, they can change that instantly... In fact they already have 3 times so far.

... and it only requires 50% to change the rules around which votes require 60%, but they don't want to do that, because it might give an advantage to the dems in the future when they have a simple majority.

It is the job of the ruling party to negotiate with the opposition party to get their votes. The Republicans are simply refusing to do their job and demanding the Democrats shut up and do what they're told
