German has a word for it: Vertrauensarbeitszeit (and I'm not talking about 10 minutes)
What's the translation in english?
Trust-based working hours. Don't know how common it is in other countries. I don't write down my hours and people trust me I still do my job
Oh cool, in my country is not a thing
Tbf it has its downsides. Many people with that kind of contract work unpaid extra hours
That sound like shit
