I don't use any of that stuff. Still, I don't have an issue with the language. It sounds like they just mean it's cute. I use the word "Google" to refer to web searches, but I don't use Google.

I think policing language is stupid. You can't know what they meant from what they said. They could be saying they only like it to share on social media, or it could have meant it's just really cute. I think judging the language of strangers beyond this is just a waste of energy and a good way to make yourself feel worse —I say this fully recognizing that I'm doing the same thing.
