The ap did not even cite what for beyond anti prez bias. Ridiculous lawsuit with outrageous damages, but the courts will pretend it is valid like the thousands of other meritless suits he has filed.

But he files it in florida district fed court, where he has friendly judges willing to betray the law for dear leader.

Can he not be counter sued for stuff, including malicious meritless lawsuits?

It’s a shakedown. That’s how our government works now. Kiss the ring, or they’ll use all the machinery of our government, such as it is, to fuck with you.

And personal lawsuits! I don't think we have ever had a sitting president file a personal lawsuit while in office before, let alone dozens if not hundreds of them. Certainly never had a president that was involved in 10,000 lawsuits even before he was president, that cheated everyone he's ever done business with except maybe the mob, at least the Russian mob he probably did cheat the Italians by informing the Russians that fed that information to Giuliani to take out their Rivals but I digress here.

We literally have a kakistocracy, rule of the worst people in society. All because people trust the wrong people. They trust the people telling them to vote republican, or they trust the people telling them the moderate Democrats are the safe choice to beat them. Or they trust the people that say it is hopeless and don't bother.
