Video games, especially ones that fully engage and inspire you, are utterly unlike mindlessly scrolling on your phone for your brain.
They could not be more different experiences!
It is more fruitful to compare videogames to reading a book mixed with the mental challenge of a boardgame or sport.

Oh, mentally I totally agree that they're more engaging and and requires far more effort than scrolling socials. Like I'm amazed at how much creativity and strategy people will use for some games.
But physically, I'm still rotting in my bed or on my couch 😭
I mean, you get good hand eye coordination I guess. And Just Dance can certainly be a fun workout.
