If a guy jerked themselves off in front of you, in a work situation, where there were more senior than you how would you feel?
Yes there’s grades of sexual predators, they’re still all predators, no-one is comparing here.
How it would make me feel is irrelevant. The problem is that one can't tell for sure how the subordinate will really feel because they're pressured into faking enthusiasm.
