These cheeseburger Nazis are mouth foaming because they know the left will curl their tail and end up apologizing for such an act of violence, hence owning said act.

Most of them won't grab their fetish rifles, but a few will. This is definitely just the beginning of escalating political violence in America, in my opinion.
Hopefully America will fall in the process or something like that. We're such a fucked up and sick culture
:-/ We're well past the beginning. Three guys took pot-shots at Trump on the campaign trail, ffs. And two Minnesota state reps were gunned down in June. That's not even counting the daily War On Elementary Schools And Minority Frequented Big Box Retailers that splatter the headlines. Or the white nationalists lined up along the border who have been gunning down anyone who looks brown and on the wrong side of the fence for... decades.
You can trace this ugly inflammatory political violence back to Gabby Giffords, back to Oklahoma City, back to MLK and JFK/RFK, back to Emmitt Till. We're long past a beginning.

Not quite the beginning. I'd say we're at the tipping point, where attacks against notable people on 'the other side' start ramping up. It's usually significant amounts of time between attempts. The congress baseball game, the congresswoman shot in the head, the plan to kidnap the governor, the attack on paul pelosi, the two minnesotan families attacked, rand paul (though that was because he's an asshole of a neighbor more than politics, wasn't it?)... all of these were pretty spread apart. Now we're getting to mere months between political actors being targeted, and I don't see it slowing down. With a dumbrident trump literally making 'war' memes about sending troops into american cities, we are going to see things get even worse.
The beginning was years ago. It's ongoing now.
I don't see anyone on "The Left" apologizing. But I do see Kirk's Podcast Co-host Gavin Newsom and Senile Senator Schmuck Schumer issuing strongly worded letters condemning violence in the abstract.
We had a school shooting in Colorado the same day Charlie was sent to the Big Debate Arena in the sky. Clearly there's an appetite for picking up guns and going on roaring rampages of indiscriminate killing.
I would not be surprised in the slightest if we see another Gabby Giffords or Emerita Melissa Hortman assassination in the near future.
The NYT coverage was nauseating and going on and on about what a great guy Mr. ToiletPaper was.
It's interesting how the NYT keeps getting treated like a legitimate news source, and not the captured media outlet propaganda it is.
