Say I have a link to an article or a title of an article. I wanna see if it’s already been posted somewhere.

The piefed or lemmy search bars are a little hit or miss. Is there anything better?

This isn't exactly what you asked for but:

When you paste the url into the url field, PieFed does a search for you to see if the url has been posted already. If you don't see a warning, proceed.
