Accidental death is very much possible though, and has happened before. Drowning seems to be a particular risk here

But is Elon alone at any time? He travels with a very tight security detail. I am willing to bet there is always someone around him almost all the time, meaning if he does take a good hit of ketamine and the tiles on his bathroom won't slow down he won't drown. Someone will come to his aid.
