I honestly can’t believe they haven’t learned the consequences of doing nothing when the bare minimum would have saved so many people.
I am left to believe that trump’s bot campaign is back in full force because frankly, I cannot believe someone can be this willfully ignorant.
Its the voters fault that the candidates are shit...
The important thing here is that you're right and should continue preaching the same message because it worked so well the last time. And changing tactics wouldn't be a sign of learning something or not being lazy.

I tell them to not expect worsening conditions to teach liberals the right lesson and they should vote as if they're choosing a boss fight. In that context fascist-light is the correct choice.

I don't think Lemmy is much of a target for bots but I feel like we get the back scatter - actual users parroting the narrative they picked up elsewhere.
