My landlord did this. He said he wanted to sell the place, then rented it again at a way higher price. Very illegal, but I moved out of the city - hard to do small claims from so far away.
Small claims? Is that what you call a brick through every window and a Molotov through his car windshield?
Small claims would get you a payout though. A bunch of bricks could get you arrested.
So he’d be out a few thousand in deductibles and you’d likely be in prison?
Why would you toss bricks and stick around to get arrested? It’s not like the cops would even investigate, they don’t really do anything
