It's tempting but don't put your dick in it and you should be ok. Modern cpr does not involve mouth to mouth. Stereotyping a bit, but Korea in general is pretty clean-conscious - I wouldn't be too worried about putting your hands on this. Learning good cpr is the most likely way anyone can become a true life saver. Wash your hands and give it a go. I've seen these at airports in the states too.
