I don't know why you think that means we shouldn't ridicule conservative men as a whole. What counts for "conservative" now is actual fascism, not simply being bigoted or wanting deregulation. This is how MAGA "conservatives" themselves gatekeep things, so it's not like I'm painting with a broad brush.

If someone escapes the cult, I'm proud of them, but I'm not pulling punches on the tribe they used to be a part of.

The activist class doesn't ridicule conservative men as a whole.

They ridicule men as a whole, and ignore that the crises facing men are not imagined nor hyperbole: they're real, and the only people acknowledging them or pretending to offer solutions are conservatives.

Ask yourself how likely you are to trust people who punch you in the face, and how silly it is to blame them when it's you who threw the punches and broke your hand.

Just because so many men believe this doesn't make it true. I've had to hang out with men who believed similar things, and in my experience they had never actually met these activists they fear. Even when there are women who think that poorly of men, most of them aren't out there harassing random dudes. That sort of discourse is either targeted or terminally online.

The real failure of the left has always been offering salient narratives; catchy ideas that are convenient and empowering. Believing you're superior for the circumstances of your birth is easier than class consciousness. Accepting that certain arguments really did have no merit is harder than doubling down.

Men are treated like shit by conservative ideology; a belief system that leaves many of them behind completely and works every one of them to the bone for some mythical masculine glory. I have empathy for men, as they need to escape the conservative trap that'll chew them up and spit them out.

Which party in the US is offering class consciousness as a platform? I think neither.

That is another huge problem. The left has better narratives than the liberals, but the libs do everything in their power to prevent the left from existing.

But I think it's related. The average man does not see the left because of the liberal-conservative media monopoly, and you can't expect people to educate themselves with this education system.

So when choosing between liberals and conservatives, as they see this as their only choice, they choose the side that does not make memes like the OP.

Racists only need to trust that saying the n-word in public will get their ass beat.

So it is for being republican.

Why are you people so opposed to using shame to your strategic advantage?

Being conservative is not genetic: If they don't want to deal with the extreme difficulty of being republican in public, then they should stop doing that.

I don't care if they understand why or not. They will submit or perish.

They will submit or perish.

Nah, they will be further radicalised, dress up like a fucked up call of duty mascot, and throw you in a concentration camp.

The only way to fight back against the rich is to create broad alliances among the people and convince even the idiots that you are not taking their life away, it's always been people like Trump. It's hard work I know, but the alternative is basically civil war in an optimistic scenario.

I'm not taking their lives away. I'm demanding that they stop ruthlessly deporting brown people.

Do you mean to imply that deporting brown people is not shameful? That this is not a stain on our great history? That we must capitulate to these backwater dipshits? Allow them to rip from their families only a few of our brown people as compromise?

You are unbelievably weak willed. You stand for nothing. Your neighbor Maria is crying for help, and all you have to say is, "Oh well. Maybe next year."

I don't care how radical they are. They will behave. They will cower like neo-nazis do when they pretend to be "classical liberals" for a public who would otherwise bury them in the dirt they stand on.

Their beliefs will not be tolerated. Your limp-wristed effort will not be either.
