hydrogen peroxide is used in alot of things, but its also flammable and high enough concentration is caustic to human skin. its used as a teeth whitening, and its pretty harsh on your teeth and gums

It is not flammable. At higher concentrations, it can explode, especially when in contact with organic matter. But it is not flammable.

I think the joke is that it does exist and it's very different from H₂O.
