It's just a data harvester with 0 innovation
When it came out it was the only email service that offered 1GB of storage for free.
Came out on April first. All the other email providers had a good chuckle at the obvious joke. The panic when they finally realized it wasn't a joke was some good schadenfreude.
For reference the standard limit at the time was 10MB with 100MB available for an extra fee.
