I see nothing racist or xenophobic here. This isn't about race, its about how much effort is needed to reintegrate these people into your society.
It's actually really funny, that mild take like this sells to the hate mob here, while Hasan swinging a fucking gun on stream is ignored

Dude makes his living by making stupid takes and then playing up his doofus character to apologize like "durrrr sorry I didn't know it was bad to call someone a f*gg*t"
The devil doesn't need an advocate, and he has a hoard of frothing redpills to defend anything he says.
Tell me honestly, did you watch some of his streams, or did someone just told you he's a turdwaffle and you're just parroting someone eleses opinion? Or maybe you just see cherrypicked snippets and base your opinion on that?
Not his streams, but I'd watch his VODs that got popular on YouTube sometimes.
I had to block him like a year ago because the dumbest of his takes kept popping up in my recommended feed. The way he'd crank up the slack jawed hurr derr right before he said something intentionally divisive, drove me nuts.
But years ago his takes were fairly benign (or at least the VODs that made to YouTube were), iirc. I thought he was just kinda goofy, back then.
I don't know him from the WoW days, though.

This one clip is all I need to hear to know everything I need to know about how shitty this guy is. Never watched a stream or clip of his before in my life.
Look at the examples he provides. Do Germans or Poles speak English moreso than Africans? Do Germans or Poles share foreign (American) values moreso than Africans? Why would Germans or Poles integrate into American culture moreso than Africans?
Not to disagree with your general argument, but yes, the average German actually does speak better English than the average citizen of pretty much every single African country. But then again, the average citizen of any given African country probably speaks better English than anyone living in Brooklyn or the rural south of the US, so there's that..,
This reminds the ignorance that Trump just demonstrated, praising Liberian president for his good English. Unlike Germany Liberia and 23 more African countries have English as an official language.
Pretty disingenuous take tbh. Of course it would be easier for someone used to living in a stable first world country to integrate into a new one than someone who might've grown up without access to school or a stable environment. This is of course not the fault of the individual, and everyone should strive to help poor countries stabilise and improve economically, but the fact remains

It's about cultural similarity not skin colour. Skin pigmentation doesn't affect anything but the culture you grow up in matters a lot in how easy it is for someone to integrate into a new one.
Hypothetically, if you were in charge of screening immigrants, what kind of culture would you refuse?
Seeing the reality that some cultures are harder to integrate is not the same as refusing them. Similar to how unruly children need more attention from teachers than studious ones, some people likely need more help with integration and learning local customs.
