No that's "indefensible", "invincible" means they are being held in custody or under arrest.
No that’s “incarcerated”, “invincible” means something that is bound to happen.
No, that's "inevitable". "Invincible" means to not be qualified for something.
No, that's "incompetent". "Invincible" means not having the means to pay for legal representation.
