How’s Threads anyway? Once I heard they don’t allow you to simply delete your account, I noped out of it.

Not sure if it is true but apparently if you want to delete your account, it’ll also delete your Instagram account?

How would they even have that ability?

So, I looked it up and figured out it was like that previously. They changed their policy now.

However, if you delete your Instagram account, it will also delete your Threads account because apparently Instagram is directly linked to the Threads account.

How would they even have that ability?

So this answer your question; I assume it’s due to the linking of the account (Instagram and Threads account)
