I never understood people wanting to come here outside of a few cities or elite spots plebs can't really afford.

Everything else is just suburban waste land and poorly designed "cities" around what corpos need.

Generations of grift at every level results in pathetic infrastructure along with fugly living places.

But hey at least boomers got their mcmansiosn and suvs

I mean national parks are a really cool part of the US and worth seeing.

You prolly ain't wrong but over tourism at the national parks is straining eco systems so that that middle class strivers check a box on their "bucket" least of conspicuous consumption
