This is a perfect example of why Reddit cannot be trusted as a platform for this movement.
By leaving some content visible, they give the illusion of providing a platform. But through arbitrary or targeted censorship, they actually cripple the movement and are able to decide exactly which forms it takes.
The power is taken away from the users and given to the capitalists, and most participants won't even notice.
When deciding if a community should move, one should always think of the parts of the community most likely to be banned.
Could users be (shadow)banned from Reddit for, say, providing guidance for illegalized abortion services? Would the people affected by this make up valuable members of the community? If the answer to both is yes, Reddit cannot serve as the platform for organizing something like this.
And users will post along thinking their voices are heard. It is insanity.
