The logistics of handling that many people makes it near impossible to manage. But I get what you're saying.

I think we all make impulsive poor choices sometimes. It really sucks, though, when that impulsive poor choice is permanent and publicly visible.
The thing about most mega rich people is they don't earn wages. So this wouldn't affect them.
This is a huge step in the right direction.... All these post docs funding their research with federal grants then when they discover/create a successful drug they price it as if they funded the research themselves.
