The Democrats were been so certain it was they nominated an black asian woman. I like Harris but obviously rednecks aren't ready for that.

Without drugs your body moderates moods and emotions naturally based more or less on what is beneficial or harmful (good things might be connecting with friends, succeeding at a challenge, good food, a comfortable or beautiful environment). Thinking positively is incredibly helpful too.

With drugs though, your feeling of good and happiness is skewed out of balance so only drugs will give you that feeling.

Drugs artificially elevate mood by flooding the brain with neurotransmitters such as dopamine, distorting your sense of well-being and preventing your body from producing these feelings naturally.

It might not be easy but your body will return to normal rythms and emotions with time and healthy habits.

3.14.1; 3.14.15; 3.14.159; 3.14.1592

We're never getting to 3.15.

The fact you had the initiative to ask this shows you're probably pretty intelligent. All I'll add is the perfect life doesn't exist. Do your best to enjoy it and be kind to people.

The Battle of Polytopia is a fantastic turn based strategy that I've spent way too much time playing.

Beholder is also great on mobile. Similar authoritarian setting to Paper's Please, lot's of decisions, consequences and replayability.

I Love Hue is a super relaxing colour puzzle game.

When people start talking about why they deleted instagram etc because of all the ads and time wasting, I tell them I'm using / posting on Pixelfed etc because it's community owned, no ads, no brainwashing. That gets them interested but not enough to go and figure out what an instance is.

It's obvioulsy dated. It's advice comes off as trying too hard today (maybe that was true when it was written too). But I think it's helpful. I read it because it was there on the bookshelf, but maybe other books would've helped me more. 'Supercommunicators' was way more valuable, but I'd say covers a deeper level of social skills, 'How to Make Friends...' coveres the basics better.
