Why is Winnipeg Free Press missing?
It's not really their business, most consumers ask for dairy milk in their milk chocolate.
There is some very good vegan chocolate out there that isn't Lindt.
90% is good, not my favourite but I'll have it every so often!

They do make 100% dark chocolate, it tastes like you would imagine.
I recommend you follow the "Simple Sabotage Field Manual" the CIA put out many moons ago. :)

I believe it has to be declared on the packing manifest, but it relies on the expeditor being truthful. That's my understanding of it.
I don't think it's about the place of manufacture, but rather the place of origin. A lot of items are manufactured all over the place.
Fair enough, Winnipeg Free Press is a large Canadian media org, but they are indeed for profit and potentially biased that way.
