Short of revolutionary change:
- expand the house
- expand the supreme court
- abolish the senate
- abolish the electoral college
- use proportional representation for house elections
- use rcv, approval, or some alternative for single seat elections
- federally funded elections with short campaign windows
- no political ads, use policy questionnaires and debates to get to know candidates instead
- vastly limit executive power
