Michael Cohen became HitlerPig's "Fixer" because there was a tenant's strike in the HitlerPig-owned building where Cohen lived, and Cohen volunteered to kill the strike from the inside. He succeeded, and HitlerPig hired him.

Beware of snakes in the grass. Nazis always have informants sniffing around.

My family is talking about leaving America, but I'm reminding them that we can't just move to wherever we want anymore. America is officially a shithole country in the eyes of the world. If you arent wealthy, or have an extremely strong, in-demand skill in tech or medicine, no country is going to allow it. They wont want American refugees swarming their countries.

Exactly. Unionize EVERYTHING!

That reminds me, it's time to sharpen my guillotine.

Republicans have always hated education, mostly because properly educated kids have been taught critical thinking skills, which give citizens the ability to detect and reject propaganda, which the Conservative Propaganda Machine relies on to recruit and indoctrinate new amd existing Republicans.

Also, you know that old saying "Those who ignore history are doomed to repeat it?" That's supposed to be a cautionary saying, but Republicans see that it as a game plan. So they don't want students learning about things that they think makes them look bad, like slavery, the Native American genocide, the Civil War, etc. DeSatan, who has waged outright war with the Florida education system, said "I dont want kids learning anything thay makes them feel guilty about being white," so he killed any curriculum that taught anything about our racial history, including the Civil War. Florida's educational system is now systemically racist - by design.

It's important to understand that it is now the philosophy of the Sociopathic Oligarchs and their trans-national corporations, that every person should die penniless, with nothing to pass on to their children.

When people reach middle age, and a bit older, they start to need their health care more, which is tied to their jobs, which are harder to find as you get older. That makes older workers more reliant on those jobs, making them more manipulative, and more accepting of abuse.

The wealthy don't like the fact that many older workers get inhertitances from one side of their marriage or the other, or perhaps both, and then suddenly they have options, and dont need the safety of their company any more. They can afford to find a lower stress job, or start their own (possibly competing) business, or they might just retire.

None of that is good for the wealthy. They want workers who are good little wage slaves, fully dependent on sociopaths to support their families. So now the strategy is to impoverish as many as possible before their deaths, so they have nothing to pass on to their children, to give them easier lives as they age.

So keep the banks fees up, keep property insurance high, keep property taxes high, and most of all make health care wildly expensive, difficult to access, predatory and parasitic. We always hear about most bankruptcies being cause by medical bills, which is frightening to most people, but music to the Sociopathic Oligarchs' ears. Those are people who had money, and lost it all, including their children's inheritance.

Of course the other tendril of the strategy is to kill Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid, so people will work literally until their deaths. Retirment is for the wealthy. The rest of us need to keep grinding.

“Deus vult” is a Latin phrase that means “God wills it”. It was a rallying cry for the Christian Crusaders during the First Crusade in 1096.

Biden was a decent governmental manager, but we needed a President who was courageous enough to be more than that, and go after the existential threat of MAGA. HitlerPig and MAGA are the biggest national security threat this nation has seen since the Civil War, and Biden let us down by appointing not only a REPUBLICAN to be AG, but about the weakest Republican in existence. Then Biden didn't push him to aggressively pursue HitlerPig, giving him a two year head start to run out the clock.

Exactly, they will bring themselves down through their own virtuosic incompetence.

They are too fucking ignorant of history to understand that by replacing experienced, intelligent leadership with loyalists who believe their own propaganda, is that they have given their opposition the gift of competence. Now the Resistance will have leadership that knows how to really wage war, as well as thousands of insider government workers who hate their stupid arrogant MAGA slavemasters, and will be willing moles, leakers, saboteurs, etc.

They aren't restricting anyone's political speech (which, as a private business, they are allowed to do anyway), they are not allowing the promotion of a Treasonous Terrorist Hate Group that has specifically targeted their preferred patrons.

They don't have to allow MAGA Nazis to walk among their patrons wearing their bigotry, any more than a synagogue must allow a Neo-Nazi to walk among their congregation wearing a swastika.

Frankly, the bar should be apologizing to their patrons for not tossing the guy out the instant he walked in. I've managed and owned restaurants and other retail establishments, and I've never had a problem ejecting idiots who walk in wearing clothes that will piss off my customers. You can wear your Fuck You shirt anywhere in public you want, but you aren't wearing it in my family restaurant where you will offend my family patrons.

Here is what he means when he says it was a "Perfect Call":

His political mentor, and all around legendary shithead and mobster lawyer Roy Cohn (also Roger Stone's mentor), taught HitlerPig to use weasely language to be able to claim innocence and/or plausible deniablility. It's what Michael Cohen referred to as "The Code:"

“He doesn’t give you questions, he doesn’t give you orders,” Cohen said. “He speaks in a code, and I understand the code because I’ve been around him for a decade.”

One part of it is to speak of himself in the third person, using the "Royal We." On his infamous "Perfect Phone Call" with Zelensky, he told Z that aid was coming, but first, he wanted Z to "do US a favor," and went on to demand that Ukraine launch a phony investigation against the Bidens before releasing the aid.

By using "Us" instead "Me," he believed that he couldn't be accused of a personal quid pro quo, and could argue that he was making a request on behalf of the American people, and not just himself, even though the demand only helps himself, and not America in any way.

That's why he was so frustrated when nobody would pay attention to his choice of pronouns, constantly screeching about his "PERFECT phone call." It was perfect because he thought it contained a undeniable loophole that would definitely hold up in court, and have the judge say "Ooh, you brilliant scamp, you skated free again with your incredible command of the English language. You got me, hats off to you, sir! CASE DISMISSED! (can I get a picture with you?)"

He was frustrated because it isn't the 50s/60s, when judges were happy to help out any rich white guy. All they needed was the tiniest shred of an excuse, and using different pronouns was good enough. Today, judges aren't going to accept such obvious machinations as a defense, and that pissed off HitlerPig, who was counting on his Rich/White privilege to get his case dismissed.

Even his allies didn't try to defend him on that point, because everybody saw how ignorant that defense is, and nobody wanted to be the guy to say "He said Us, not We, so he's off the hook," because they knew they'd get excoriated in the media for saying something that stupid.

I can't think of any examples right now, but after having that revelation, I've seen him refer to other situations as "perfect," and they all include some variation on that same strategy of being vague enough that he THINKS he can claim plausible deniability. Pay attention, and you'll learn to spot his "Mobster Language."

Edit: NJSpradlin reminded me of his "Perfect Phone Call" with the Georgia election officials. Same deal.
