Yes, the same with a single public health insurance. Directly after he became Minister, the Lobby Group of the Private Health Insurances invited him, and he immediately flipped and sang praises on them.

Since when is it the job of a social worker or part of their studies to perform medical assessments of children?

For some reason he is still immensely popular. I never got it. He fucked up the German Healthcare System in the first place, and was in the board of one of the shittiest for profit operators for years. (Which also famously tried to circumvent the minimum wage in Germany)

The fact that they quote testimony from a social worker and not from a qualified person?

[–] albert180@piefed.social 4 points 4 hours ago

Since when are social workers qualified to make a medical assessment of a person?

[–] albert180@piefed.social 6 points 4 hours ago (4 children)

The Reason is that they are imprisoned.

Also Social Worker has no qualifications for making such statementents

They should have asked a psychiatrist or a paediatrician to assess this

So they adopted a baby, because the real parent couldn't care for her, had a stable legal job in Britain, and now the baby lives in foster care, and the parents are in prison and then deported.

Great Job of the Border Officers! Well done lads.

These fines are the definition of "Fuck around and find out"

The only concerning thing is that these companies think they stand above the laws

Who cares what the PiS Idiot without a majority in his own country says

Lol, the Audacity to complain about "extraterritorial regulations that stifle their innovation"
Those morons should be banned until they comply and pay up or fined much much more the next time, for them thinking they stand above the laws of foreign sovereign states.

Lol, nice try.

Also nearly no one pays Sticker Prices in the US.

They have to put a ridiculous price tag on it, in order for the Pharmacy Benefit Managers of the insurance companies to "negotiate" a "discount" (and for this service they earn a commission)
